The ICAE together with CSO colleagues who are members of the CONFINTEA VII Consultative Committee \u2013 DVV International, ASPBAE and representatives of academia, have been actively contributing to the drafting of the Preliminary Marrakech Framework for Action (MFA).<\/strong> We are pleased to note that a significant number of our initial comments have made it to this preliminary draft. However, we recognise that there are a few more key issues in the new draft (https:\/\/www.uil.unesco.org\/sites\/default\/files\/medias\/fichiers\/2022\/03\/Preliminary%20Draft%20MFA%20-%20EN%20-%20CONFINTEA%20VII%20-%20Online%20Consultation_0.pdf<\/a>) that the ICAE and key colleagues would continue to advocate for.<\/p>

An opportunity to send comments is given in the Online Public Consultation<\/strong>is just launched by the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning: https:\/\/www.uil.unesco.org\/en\/seventh-international-conference-adult-education\/mfa<\/a>.The online consultation is structured as a survey, available in English, French, and Spanish and will last until April 13. We are glad to share the preliminary ICAE\u2019s comments <\/strong>on the Draft Marrakech Framework for Action<\/a>,<\/a> that have been prepared by the ICAE in collaboration with our CSO colleagues. This might be useful when you will prepare your own comments; i<\/strong>t would be great if you could share a copy of your comments with us! <\/p>

After the conclusion of the online consultation, the comments will be consolidated, and a Draft Marrakech Framework for Action will be prepared and translated into the six UN languages as the Draft MFA that will be tabled during the CONFINTEA VII Conference in June 2022 in Morocco. This will be one more opportunity to comment the Draft and propose the changes. A Drafting Committee<\/strong> will be constituted at the start of the conference to receive final comments. We expect that there will be civil society representation in the Drafting Committee. The final draft will be tabled for adoption by consensus at the conclusion of the Conference.<\/p>

We are glad to announce that the Consultation process will be supported by a 10-days of Action \u2013 WE ARE ALE campaign<\/strong> in the social media that will highlight our core principles of justice, well-being and change. We invite you to engage in the campaign to ensure the voices of civil society and the educators, learners and communities we work with will have a Marrakech Framework for Action that will not just shape our ALE practice but help shape our shared future.<\/p>

El ICAE, junto con los colegas de las OSC que son miembros del Comit\u00e9 Consultivo de la CONFINTEA VII -DVV International, ASPBAE y representantes del mundo acad\u00e9mico- han contribuido activamente a la redacci\u00f3n del Anteproyecto de Marco de Acci\u00f3n de Marrakech (MFA).<\/strong> Nos complace observar que un n\u00famero importante de nuestros comentarios iniciales se han incorporado a este anteproyecto. Sin embargo, reconocemos que hay algunos temas clave m\u00e1s en el nuevo borrador (https:\/\/www.uil.unesco.org\/sites\/default\/files\/medias\/fichiers\/2022\/03\/Preliminary%20Draft%20MFA%20-%20EN%20-%20CONFINTEA%20VII%20-%20Online%20Consultation0.pdf<\/a> ) por los que el ICAE y sus principales colegas seguir\u00edan abogando.

El Instituto de la UNESCO para el Aprendizaje a lo Largo de la Vida acaba de lanzar una consulta p\u00fablica en l\u00ednea<\/strong>: https:\/\/www.uil.unesco.org\/en\/seventh-international-conference-adult-education\/mfa<\/a>. La consulta en l\u00ednea est\u00e1 estructurada como una encuesta, disponible en ingl\u00e9s, franc\u00e9s y espa\u00f1ol y durar\u00e1 hasta el 13 de abril. Nos complace compartir los comentarios preliminares del ICAE sobre el Proyecto de Marco de Acci\u00f3n de Marrakech, que han sido preparados por el ICAE en colaboraci\u00f3n con nuestros colegas de las OSC. Esto podr\u00eda ser \u00fatil cuando preparen sus propios comentarios; \u00a1ser\u00eda estupendo que compartieran una copia de sus comentarios con nosotros!

Una vez concluida la consulta en l\u00ednea, se consolidar\u00e1n los comentarios y se preparar\u00e1 un Proyecto de Marco de Acci\u00f3n de Marrakech, que se traducir\u00e1 a los seis idiomas de la ONU como el Proyecto de AMF que se presentar\u00e1 durante la Conferencia de CONFINTEA VII en junio de 2022 en Marruecos. Esta ser\u00e1 una oportunidad m\u00e1s para comentar el Borrador y proponer los cambios. Al inicio de la conferencia se constituir\u00e1 un Comit\u00e9 de Redacci\u00f3n<\/strong>para recibir los comentarios finales. Esperamos que haya una representaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil en el Comit\u00e9 de Redacci\u00f3n. El proyecto final se presentar\u00e1 para su aprobaci\u00f3n por consenso al final de la Conferencia.

Le ICAE, en collaboration avec ses coll\u00e8gues OSC membres du Comit\u00e9 consultatif de la CONFINTEA VII – DVV International, ASPBAE et des repr\u00e9sentants du monde universitaire, a activement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction de l’avant-projet de Cadre d’action de Marrakech (MAF). <\/strong>Nous sommes heureux de constater qu’un nombre important de nos commentaires initiaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 cet avant-projet. Cependant, nous reconnaissons qu’il y a encore quelques questions cl\u00e9s dans le nouveau projet (https:\/\/www.uil.unesco.org\/sites\/default\/files\/medias\/fichiers\/2022\/03\/Preliminary%20Draft%20MFA%20-%20EN%20-%20CONFINTEA%20VII%20-%20Online%20Consultation0.pdf<\/a>) pour lesquelles le CIEA et ses principaux coll\u00e8gues continueront \u00e0 plaider.
