Civil society, as an important partner in this process, will gather for the Civil Society Forum (CSF) as a preparatory event and an integral part of the CONFINTEA 6 Mid-Term Review Conference.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-740 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/icae.global\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Confintea-VI-MTR.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"196\" height=\"111\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For civil society, this gathering offers the possibility to appraise the challenges and opportunities related to adult education and learning in the current context, profile the importance of adult learning and education in the new global education and development agenda, and confront the challenges related to its implementation on both the national and the global levels. The Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), agreed on by the United Nations in 2015, focuses on lifelong learning (LLL), but adult education is the weakest link in this chain, especially in terms of funding. For the full realization of SDG 4, and indeed all the other SDGs, it is necessary to discuss what kind of lifelong learning will need to be promoted and advanced. The CSF will look at the Bel\u00e9m Framework for Action and how it can both reinforce the commitment to the universal right to education and learning and how it can support the achievement of other SDGs.<\/p>\n<p>In order to support adult learners worldwide and maximize the benefits of youth and adult education for sustainable development, the mobilization of civil society and social movements is necessary. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, en tant que partenaire important de ce processus, se r\u00e9unira pour le Forum de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile (FSC) en pr\u00e9lude \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 mi-parcours de CONFINTEA 6.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, ce rassemblement offre la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9valuer les d\u00e9fis et les opportunit\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;Apprentissage et l&#8217;Education des Adultes (AEA) dans le contexte actuel, de faire conna\u00eetre l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;apprentissage et de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation des adultes dans le nouveau programme mondial d&#8217;\u00e9ducation et de d\u00e9veloppement et de relever les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 sa mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 la fois au niveau national et au niveau mondial. Le but de l\u2019objectif de d\u00e9veloppement durable 4 (ODD 4), adopt\u00e9 par les Nations Unies en 2015, se focalise sur l&#8217;apprentissage tout au long de la vie mais l&#8217;\u00e9ducation des adultes n\u2019est pas suffisamment pris en compte, surtout en ce qui concerne le financement. Pour la r\u00e9alisation compl\u00e8te de l\u2019ODD 4, et par ricochet de tous les autres Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable, il est n\u00e9cessaire de discuter sur le type d&#8217;apprentissage tout au long de la vie qui devra \u00eatre promu et vulgaris\u00e9. Le Forum de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile (FSC) examinera le Cadre d&#8217;action de Bel\u00e9m et les strat\u00e9gies n\u00e9cessaires pour renforcer l&#8217;engagement envers le droit universel \u00e0 l&#8217;apprentissage et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation et comment il peut soutenir la r\u00e9alisation des autres Objectifs de D\u00e9velopement Durable.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de soutenir les apprenants adultes du monde entier et de maximiser les avantages de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation des jeunes et des adultes pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable, la mobilisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des mouvements sociaux est n\u00e9cessaire. La sociedad civil, como un socio importante en este proceso, se reunir\u00e1n en el Foro de la Sociedad Civil (FSC), el que ser\u00e1 un evento preparatorio y una parte integral de la Conferencia de Revisi\u00f3n de Medio T\u00e9rmino CONFINTEA 6.<\/p>\n<p>Para la sociedad civil, esta reuni\u00f3n ofrece la posibilidad de evaluar los desaf\u00edos y oportunidades relacionados con la educaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje de adultos en el contexto actual, perfilar la importancia de la educaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje de adultos en la nueva agenda global de educaci\u00f3n y desarrollo y enfrentar los retos relacionados con su implementaci\u00f3n tanto a nivel nacional como mundial. El Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 4 (SDG 4), acordado por las Naciones Unidas en 2015, se centra en el aprendizaje a lo largo de toda la vida, pero la educaci\u00f3n de adultos es el eslab\u00f3n m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil de esta cadena, especialmente en t\u00e9rminos de financiaci\u00f3n. Para la plena realizaci\u00f3n de SDG 4, y de hecho de todos los SDGs, es necesario discutir qu\u00e9 tipo de aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida necesitar\u00e1 ser promovido y avanzado. El FSC examinar\u00e1 el Marco de Acci\u00f3n de Bel\u00e9m y c\u00f3mo se puede reforzar el compromiso con el derecho universal a la educaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje a lo largo de toda la vida y c\u00f3mo \u00e9ste puede apoyar el logro de otros SDG.<\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de apoyar a los estudiantes adultos de todo el mundo y maximizar los beneficios de la educaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes y adultos para el desarrollo sostenible, es necesaria la movilizaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil y los movimientos sociales.
