This includes a webinar series discussing \u201cThe good adult education\u201d, following the latest edition of DVV International\u00b4s journal&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dvv-international.de\/en\/adult-education-and-development\/\">Adult Education and Development (AED)&nbsp;<\/a>with the same topic. This offers the chance to discuss the topics raised in the print issue during webinars and to go deeper and broaden the analysis. It creates a virtual space as an opportunity to share experiences from different regions and contexts, and to inspire new initiatives.<\/p><p><strong>Experiences and good practices from around the globe<\/strong><\/p><p>The latest issue of&nbsp;Adult Education and Development (AED)&nbsp;is about professionalization in adult education. Currently we have more questions than answers. What makes a good adult educator? How do we train for that? Should we make adult education a compulsory element of initial teacher training?
