It addressed the interlinked digital and green transitions shaping policy landscapes (from Agenda 2030 to the European Green Deal), positioning adult learning as a vital catalyst for a just and inclusive future.<\/p><p>We\u2019re pleased to share three practical outputs\u2014co-created with adult educators across 15 countries\u2014that aim to empower practitioners, institutions, and policymakers alike:<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>International Training Programme<\/strong><\/h3><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/eaea.org\/project\/ale4tt\/?pid=20969\" title=\"\">ALE4TT Training Programme<\/a> distills the learning, methodologies, and reflections from two training rounds\u2014in Belgrade (May\u202f2024) and in Brussels (May\u202f2025)\u2014engaging 34 participants in co-design across theory and practice.<\/p><p>It was developed together with learners, who actively shaped content throughout\u2014setting expectations, feedback loops, and collaborative sessions.
