Opening Remarks &amp; Strategic Context<\/strong><\/p><p>The meeting was opened by Mr. <strong>Aziz Kaichouh<\/strong>, who highlighted the vital nature of the <strong>AFLLL<\/strong> and <strong>ICAE<\/strong> partnership. Discussions centered on:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Global Frameworks:<\/strong> Advancing the <strong>GRALE<\/strong> and the <strong>Marrakesh Framework for Action (MFA)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Future Milestones:<\/strong> Strategic preparation for the <strong>2028 Mid-term Conference<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Core Principles:<\/strong> Upholding education as a fundamental human right to foster an equitable and just world.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Network Strength:<\/strong> Acknowledging that <strong>ICAE<\/strong>\u2019s global impact is rooted in the strength of its regional networks.<\/p><p><strong>3. Proposed Joint Activities<\/strong><\/p><p>The following actionable initiatives were identified for collaboration:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Advocacy:<\/strong> Development of projects overseen by a dedicated steering committee.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge Sharing:<\/strong> Hosting four webinars annually (two in English, two in French).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Research:<\/strong> Establishing a specialized <strong>\u201cLLL Think Tank.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Major Event:<\/strong> Joint participation in the <strong>Lifelong Learning Conference<\/strong> in Morocco in January 2027.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4.
