ICAE member, Institut de coopération pour l’éducation des adultes (ICÉA) based at Montréal, Québec, organised a workshop on “Popular Education and Lifelong Education” in the framework of the États Généraux en Enseignement Supérieur in the Université Laval in Québec City, on Friday, May 19th. The goal of the activity was to discuss the role of Popular Education and Lifelong Education in the context of Higher Education in Québec.
